Accepted Volunteers

Welcome to Camp Oasis! Congratulations on being selected to serve as part of our volunteer team this summer, and thank you for your willingness to share your time with our campers.  

As an on-site volunteer, you are expected to complete the following forms before camp begins.  Everyone's gotta do it!

Click on the document name to open the corresponding form.  Directions as to where the send each of the PDF forms are included in the document.  The on-line form will need to be completed vai the online account that you created when you first applied.

• Background Check- ONLY CA Residents
• Staff Agreement & Release Form
• Medical Authorization Form
• Online Medical History Form
