Camper Eligibility

Any child with medically stable Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis is invited to apply.

Children can only attend one CCFA Camp Oasis session per summer.

Children are expected to apply to the camp that serves the region or chapter in which they live.

If your child is unable to attend the camp in your designated area due to medical or other reasons, please contact your local chapter to explore other options.

Complete applications must be received by the specified deadlines in order to be considered.

Once received, applications will be reviewed by a designated medical professional to confirm that the camp is equipped to care for the child. Notification will be sent to the parent soon thereafter, along with additional camp information when applicable.

Age requirements, capacity, session dates, and application deadlines vary by site. Please see the camp calendar for more information.

NOTE: Application requirements include a record of the child having received a physical exam during the camp session's calendar year (2008), and up-to-date immunizations. Medical appointments should be made accordingly.
