We have a vast network of more than 40 CCFA chapters and affiliates nationwide—each with its own volunteer board and Chapter Medical Advisory Committee. Each chapter brings the work of the entire Foundation to their local community. You can make a difference by connecting and participating with your local chapter.

- Connect with others who are struggling to cope with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) through one of our 300 support groups.

Join Team Challenge Triathlon in Clearwater, Florida on November 9, 2014 and make a difference in the lives of millions while you achieve something you may have never thought possible! Our tremendous coaches and mentors will guide you step-by-step from day one across the finish line. Our team has a fantastic 100% race-day success rate with athletes of all athletic backgrounds. You can do this! We provide a comprehensive 16-week training program including swim, run, bike, and combination practices as well as informative clinics on all topics related to practicing and racing TriRock Clearwater

The night will be filled with live music, dancing, auctions, and decadent desserts. This year, the evening will honor Corey Siegel, M.D., M.S., Humanitarian of the Year, and David Howe, Man of the Year.
