An employer matching is an easy way to increase the impact of your gift. Even if you’ve already sent CCFA your donation, you can still send us the completed form for processing.
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer´s name below.
To have your gift matched by an employer:
- Check with your Human Resources department to find out if they participate in a matching gift programs
- If your gift is eligible to be matched, obtain a matching gift form from your employer, complete the employee portion of the form and send to us at:

- Once we receive this form, we will process and return it to the appropriate organization or individual, who will then send us a check for the specific amount. Employee spouse and retiree gifts are often eligible as well. Every bit of support makes a tremendous difference to our efforts.
