Making donations on behalf of others, or in memory of others, is a meaningful
way of recognizing commitment to an important cause. Your memorial or tribute
gift to CCFA is a compassionate gift and will make a difference in the lives of
others with IBD.

Upon receipt of your memorial donation, we will send a gift card to notify
the person or family of your choosing of your thoughtfulness. Please send your

Tributes
Tributes offer an opportunity to recognize a special occasion or event in the
life of someone important to you. For example:
- Newborns & Birthdays
- Graduations
- Weddings/Anniversaries
- Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
- Mother's Day/Father's Day
You can make a tribute donation, and have us send one of our attractive cards
for as little as $5.00. Upon receipt of your tribute, we will send the gift card
to notify that the individual of your donation. You can make a tribute gift
