Membership categories include:

• Premier Physician - quarterly mailing of literature for your patients, 12 copies of IBD Journal, a free gift, unlimited complimentary patient memberships, and membership certificate.
  
• Participating Physician - 12 copies of IBD Journal, unlimited complimentary patient memberships, and membership certificate.
  
• Healthcare Professional - four copies of IBD Journal, unlimited complimentary patient memberships and membership certificate
  
• Fellow - membership certificate
  
• Group (available to four or more physicians at same address) one copy of IBD Journal for every two members, one free healthcare professional membership, unlimited complimentary patient memberships, and membership certificates for each member.
