Our mission:

To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

We are excited to announce our winner
of the Nolan Ryan Incentive!

Kevin and Anne Czerwinski from Phoenix, Arizona.

Kevin and Anne got involved with
Take Steps Phoenix this year to walk for their son Joe.
The Czerwinskis have made it their goal to raise money
to fund the important research that CCFA does
and in a few short weeks raised over $25,000.00 ! !
Kevin and Anne have generously donated
the Nolan Ryan prize back to CCFA,
so a child with Crohn's can attend the event.

Because of their generosity, Max,
the youth Honored Hero from Dallas Texas,
will be taking his Mom to meet one of baseball's greats!
To read more of Max's story just click
on the Take Steps icon below.

Thank you Kevin and Anne!
