Participants range from seasoned athletes to novices who want to get in shape, triumph over a challenge and/or meet other motivated people.

In exchange for raising funds, participants receive: personalized fitness training by experienced coaches for a period of four months; training clinics; a supportive group of teammates; and lodging and airfare to the Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon.
