Your total purchase amount will be divided equally among the organizations designated on the Reward cards in each household.

KrogerPLUS Card
Follow the steps below to link your Plus Card to CCFA
•  Go to
krogerneighbortoneighbor.com and click on "Find Your Organization."

•  Under "Search by city and state:" enter "Dallas " and "TX" and then click "Search" and you will find "CROHN'S COLITIS FOUNDATION OF AMERICA NORTH TEXAS CHAPTER — DALLAS, TX". When you click on our name, a customer letter will appear with a barcode specific to CCFA at the bottom.

•  Take the customer letter with you the next time you go shopping and give it to the cashier when you check out. The cashier will be able to link your card to our account using the barcode on the letter.
