		To learn more about the ways CCFA - North Florida Chapter offers support to those living with IBD including Support Services, "one-on-one telephone support," to request free IBD informational pamphlets, or to learn about ways you can join the fight against Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis please call us at 646-370.9359. Volunteers Needed!!! Adopt-a-Doctor Program: Help us spread the word & ensure that CCFA materials are available in physician offices. Requires regular visits to approximately 2-3 physician offices. Special Events: Help to plan and prepare for a variety of special events throughout the year. Community Outreach: Volunteer to attend community events or have a table at local high traffic areas to represent CCFA and pass out information about the local services available & upcoming special events. ....and there's so much more.
