2010 Fall Family Camp Weekend

Family Camp provides an opportunity to share good times, peer support and education with other families affected by Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Families will enjoy boating and fishing, arts and crafts, woodshop, music, and much more! Doctors and nurses are available at The Painted Turtle all weekend to take care of any medical needs families might have while at camp. Date: Friday, October 22, 2010 through Sunday, October 24, 2010

Eligibility: Campers ages 6 - 17 who are affected by Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, and their immediate family members. You must be able to provide your own transportation to and from The Painted Turtle.

Preference will be given to children newly diagnosed with IBD, kids who have not yet been to summer camp, and families who have not been to the Family Camp Weekend. The Painted Turtle also considers medical need, the date the completed application was received and the age of the camper.
