The Illinois Carol Fisher Chapter hosts a range of events throughout the year to help create a stronger IBD community, build visibility and awareness and to provide support for IBD patients and their families. These events also raise mission critical research funds to help in the fight for a cure and development of new therapies.

Train with Team Challenge
Get fit, make friends, and change the lives of others—as part of Team Challenge, you can do all of this and more!
Team Challenge is the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America’s endurance training and fundraising program. With Team Challenge, you’ll find new strength inside yourself, and help find cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, two painful, seldom-discussed and debilitating digestive diseases.
Choose Your Challenge! With our Half Marathon and Triathlon Training Programs, you'll train for a rewarding and exciting endurance event at one of our great destination races while raising vital funds for research into these diseases. These dollars will help make new treatments possible and fuel the search for cures. There’s a great destination race waiting just for you, from the vineyards of wine country to the beaches of Hawaii! What will your Challenge be? Learn more today!
Want to get involved? Want to meet others affected by Crohn's or colitis? Volunteer for the Illinois Chapter! Without the help of volunteers we would not be able to do what we do!
We look for volunteers to assist day of events, speaking opportunities at community fairs, general office work and much more. Fill out the online form or email Maurice Willis, Development Assistant at MWillis@ccfa.org.
