You are invited to the 19th Annual IBD Education Symposium "IBD in 2014: Tackling the Tough Questions", offered by the Illinois Carol Fisher Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). This full-day accredited medical symposium will focus on medical, surgical and integrative approaches for managing inflammatory bowel disease.

As a gastroenterologist, surgeon, internist, nurse or health professional treating patients with inflammatory bowel disease, you are aware of how difficult these cases are to manage. This conference will update your knowledge and enhance your patient management skills by informing you of the latest advances in the treatment and management of IBD. New insights into the mechanisms of this chronic disorder will be explored as well as the best practices from an interdisciplinary team of internationally renowned experts.
