Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis is CCFA's largest fundraising event. Participants raise funds and awareness throughout the year and come together to celebrate the steps that have been taken towards a cure. Our 2012 walk is just around the corner! Register today and join thousands of others in the fight against digestive diseases.

Train in Houston Race in Napa! 

Team Challenge is a half marathon training program designed to improve your overall fitness while making a difference! We are a fundraising program designed for runners and walkers of all levels- from couch potatoes looking to get active, to the Iron Man vet hoping to give back. Each participant receives 15 weeks of custom training by professional coaches at local venues around Houston, free clinics with a nutritionist and best of all, an expense-paid weekend to Napa Valley, California in July for an exciting race weekend at the

Napa-to-Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon!

All support group listings are subject to change. Support Groups meet monthly, unless otherwise noted.  Please call the Chapter to confirm the meeting date, time, and place. 

WE'RE GETTING TOGETHER...
All CCFA support meetings are casual and held in a warm, welcoming, and safe atmosphere. Support groups offer important information about coping with IBD, and provide a community of support for IBD patients and their loved ones. The meetings are offered free of charge.
People with IBD, their families, and their friends are encouraged to attend.
