WE NEED YOUR HELP ... 2010 marks the celebration of our 20th Annual Book of Hope Luncheon. Throughout the years, we have honored many deserving people who have joined us in our mission to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. This year we have decided to honor the children of all ages (that includes you!) for their strength and determination in living with these debilitating diseases. To do this ...
We would like to create a photo presentation to be shown during our luncheon on March 1st. In order to do this we are gathering as many photos as we can and we would like to include everyone in your family who suffers from either Crohn's disease or ulcerartive colitis, children of ALL ages. Please consider sharing your photos of your child, your spouse, yourself , regardless of age, so that we can honor all the patients at our 20th Anniversay luncheon. You can scan and email your photos along with the patient's name and age of diagnosis to dbarnard@ccfa.org. Or, you can mail your photo and information to :
Deborah Barnard Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America Florida Chapter 21301 Powerline Rod., Ste. 301 Boca Raton, FL 33433
In order to create our video presentation we will need the photos in our office by February 15th.
Please follow the links below to print this year's 20th Anniversary Book of Hope Luncheon invitation and to view additional tribute opportunities. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 561-218-2929.

CHC and United Way have more than 50 years of experience in workplace giving. Touch the lives of people you know and help someone you don't know. If you would like information on how to bring Community Health Charities to your workplace or to designate funds through United Way, please call us at 561-218-2929.
