Support groups are an ideal way of finding a space where you can feel heard and valued and where others have similar stories to share. Visit a support group near you and share your story. You can also join our Online Community to read personal stories, join a discussion in a variety of forums, or visit the Online Support Group.
It’s not too early to start registering for our May 15* Greater Hartford Take Steps Walk at Rentschler Field in East Hartford. The website is live, www.cctakesteps.org/greaterhartford2016, and is chock full of information!
*Please note: We have moved weekends (to avoid Mother’s Day and the breast cancer walk) and our walk will now be on a SUNDAY.

Dave & Busters
The first 50 people to RSVP who are registered for the Take Steps walk and who have donated or raised a minimum of $25 will receive a $10 Dave & Busters game card to use the day of the Kickoff. Please RSVP by February 18.
SAVE THE DATE—the 2016 CT Shoreline Take Steps Walk will be Saturday, October 22. Due to a large construction project at Hammonasset State Park they are not allowing any special events to be scheduled. We will be moving our walk to the Guilford Fairgrounds. More details to follow this spring!
The 2016 walk website will launch in late February. If you would like to register for the walk before then simply contact Mary Kate Doherty at 203-376-4336 or email@example.com and she will reactivate you.
Team Challenge is an endurance training and fundraising program through the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, where we train you to complete a half marathon while helping to find a cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Team Challenge offers you personalized fitness training by experienced coaches, expenses-paid hotel accommodations at a great destination rate, a supportive team to train with each week, training clinics, a dedicated staff person, a mentor to be your fundraising coach and a team uniform.
