Crohn's Crusaders is the Alabama/NW Florida Chapters newest campaign dedicated to raising awareness and funds to find cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis. Join us in 2013 as we crusade to raise crucial research dollars for the 22,000 Alabamians and NW Floridians battling these diseases.

As Crohn's Crusaders, participants will be asked to bring family, friends and co-workers together pledging to support the CCFA mission of Providing Hope and Inspiring Action. Together we can achieve a better quality of life for patients and those who participate in their care.

Crohn's Crusader Participant Commitments:

• I agree to serve as an awareness ambassador for the CCFA during the Crohn's Crusader campaign; educating myself and those around me about CCFA's mission.
• I agree to commit time and energy to raising a minimum of $500 towards supporting CCFA research initiatives; CCFA is currently funding a roster of 160 research grants with an investment of 16 million dollars.
• I agree to wear the Crusader Cape daily during Crohn's Crusader campaign weekto promote awareness of Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and the CCFA mission.
