	September 11, 2008 An Evening With Our Stars 2008 Annual Meeting 6:30 PM - Thursday, September 11, 2008 Brookwood Outpatient Therapy & Wellness Center 1090 Montgomery Hwy. - Vestavia, AL All members of CCFA's Alabama/NW Florida Chapter family are invited to join us for an evening of fellowship as we recognize our volunteer and donor "STARS", recap the highlights of our chapter year & elect our 2009 Board of Trustees.  Refreshments will be served.  There's no charge to attend, but reservations are required.
