I'm Fallon, 18 years old and I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease going into 8th grade. I recently had a surgery in February that put me into remission. I took advantage of that and joined Team Challenge and was an honored hero, went to Vegas and walked 13.1 miles. I also attended CCFA's Camp Oasis where I have met so many people who are still my friends today.
