NEW YORK METS AND CCFA TEAM UP TO "STRIKE OUT" CROHN'S & COLITIS
New York, NY - (August 30, 2005)– The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), the leader in the fight against Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and the New York Mets have teamed up to present the "New York Mets Strike Out Crohn's & Colitis Day" at Shea Stadium on Sunday, September 18, 2005.The game, scheduled for 1:10 p.m., will be against division rivals, the Atlanta Braves.
