Database Manager - New York, NY

The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America seeks a Database Manager at its National HQ. This position oversees all aspects of database work in the national constituent management database and connected systems. This person will lead our efforts to capture, organize, use and analyze constituent data to achieve department and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing all CCFA procedures, policies, and rules for data entry into the development database and connected systems to CCFA staff. Will also be responsible for: creating reports and queries through Crystal Reports and other reporting tools; scheduling, running, and analyzing database reports to monitor data integrity; assigning and administering security levels; alerting end-users and their supervisors of data entry problems; and integrating data between various online and offline databases. The successful candidate will provide training of end users when necessary as well as assisting end users in developing reports. Ideal candidate will have at least five yrs related exp, preferably with PIDI, Raiser's Edge, or other fundraising database & expertise w/ reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. Experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle a plus. Excellent analytic, training and interpersonal skills a must. Please send resume and cover letter to jobs@ccfa.org. CCFA is an EOE.
